All our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients. Results may vary depending on individual hair and scalp conditions. Please perform a patch test before full application.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please read the product descriptions carefully and ensure your order is correct before purchasing.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] and shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at afroboucleescare@gmail.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.
